Nancy Reese

Nancy Sue Reese, 77 of Fredericksburg, VA passed away Saturday, December 14, 2019. Nancy is survived by her husband, William “Bill" Reese; her son, Benjamin Reese and his wife Zoey; her daughter, Elizabeth Reese and her husband Wyatt, and her brother, Carl Horner and his wife Helane. She will also be greatly missed by her grandson, Thurston Reese. Nancy was an avid water color artist and art teacher. She began her art career in Munich Germany where she studied with Earn Kollar for 12 years and at the University of Maryland. Upon her return to the States, she taught from her studio at Art First and later at Liberty Town. She was also a member of the FCCA. Her interment will take place at the Fredericksburg City Cemetery at 11am on Saturday December 21st. Friends and family are welcome. Please join us for a celebration of Nancy's life at her home in Fredericksburg on Saturday the 21st from 4-6pm.
