Louis Charles Simmons IV

LOUIS CHARLES SIMMONS IV was born November 4, 2010. He gently passed on into the arms of Jesus on June 20, 2012. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Louis Charles Simmons, JR and Thomas Lewis Risher, JR. He is survived by his parents: Louis Charles Simmons, III AND Shya Nicole Simmons, his brother Ryan, his sister Raven. Great Grandmother Elizabeth Simmons (Berkeley, CA),Great Grand-fathers, Frederick B Wilkins(Faye) (Sacramento,CA), Frank D Finney(Angela) and Thomas L Risher (Ft. Worth, TX) Maternal Grandmother, Frankie M. Debrah, Paternal Grandmother, Blanche L Simmons. Along with aunts and uncles: Tonyell Fletcher(Kenneth), Jade Simmons, Thomas Risher III(Sarah) and Tory Risher and many great aunts, uncles and cousins. In lieu of flowers we would be honored to have you support The Hospitality House of Richmond at: 612 East Marshall Street Richmond, VA 23219 as they supported us in our time of need. Funeral services will be held at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg on June 26, 2012. There will be a viewing at 10am followed by a service at 11am, with burial following in Oak Hill Cemetery.
