Grief support services

Our care for you and your family doesn't end after your loved one's service is over. DiCicco & Sons Funeral Homes offers online grief resources accessible from anywhere. Families who choose us for their loved one's service also have access to our 24-hour Compassion Helpline^®.

For up to 13 months after planning a Dignity Memorial^® service, a family gets unlimited complimentary phone access to professionals trained in grief counseling any time day or night, for any reason. Any guest who attends a visitation, funeral service or burial gets the same access for up to three months.

History

In 1924, Nick and Jessie DiCicco founded DiCicco & Sons Funeral Home in a community east of Cleveland called Collinwood. There, the DiCiccos began to foster caring and compassionate relationships during the difficult times of the Great Depression. Some 40 years later, they opened DiCicco & Sons Funeral Home in Mayfield Heights.

Through concern and care, Nick and Jessie came to be regarded as one of the first families of Cleveland funeral service. Their eldest son, Anthony, followed in his parents' footsteps and grew the range of services offered to the people of Collinwood, Mayfield Heights and the surrounding communities of northeast Ohio.

He and his three sons, Anthony Jr., Nicholas and Domenic, continue to operate the funeral home with the personal service and attention to detail you'd expect from a locally run business and the benefits of the Dignity Memorial network.
