Mack L. Walker

Mack L. Walker, 90, passed away on November 19, 2013. He was born on October 2, 1923 to the late Rosa Lee and David W. Walker in Jonesboro, Tennessee. He was a resident of Palm Coast, Florida since 2007. Mr. Walker was a WWII Veteran serving in the U.S. Army, and toured Normandy and Northern France. He was a retired electrician from the US Navy Yard, and a member of the First Baptist Church of Palm Coast, FL. He also enjoyed gardening and spending time with his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years Dorothy Walker, three sons, Michael of Ormond Beach, Eric and his wife Karen of Palm Coast, and Stacy and his wife Allison of Hastings FL, one sister, Mary Emily Hoilman of Bakersville NC, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2013 from 12:30-1:30 pm at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home 601 N Witchduck Rd., Virginia Beach, VA followed by a 2pm graveside in Rosewood Memorial Park.
