Sheri Lynn Joy

Sheri Lynn Joy, age 77, of Clinton, Indiana passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022 to be with God and family. She was born on February 17, 1945 to James and Dorothy Joy, who preceded her in death. Sheri will join her grandparents, Paul and Maudie Duchene and Arlie and Maude Joy; her sister, Tona Sue Joy; her special Uncle and Aunt, Paul and Norma Duchene; along with her niece and nephew, Ginger and Golden Joy. She is survived by her son, Scott Leverenz and daughter, Lori Leverenz; grandchildren, Jesse Sutton (Jana Rollings) and Reece Leverenz; and her great grandson, Jack Sutton. Also is survived by her brother, Larry Joy; special friend, Sally Luft and her several cousins, nieces, and nephews. Sheri loved decorating, watching old movies and crime shows. She loved reading non-fiction books and Elvis, who she got to see 3 times in person. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and homecare givers who took special care of Sheri during her illness. A private family service will be scheduled at a later date.
