Kristina Lynn Moats

Kristina Lynn Moats, 56, passed away on September 21, 2020 in her home. She was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, to Donald and Ida (Shafer) Moats on August 13, 1964. Kristina was an extremely hard worker, working the past 19 years at Meadows Manor East. In her free time, she enjoyed listening to music, especially classic rock, and being around animals. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Brian Swartz. She is survived by her siblings, Kevin Moats (Donna) and Kathleen Moats (Jeff Lee); nieces, Taylor and Kayla Moats; nephews, Jacob and Sebastian Moats; and her dearest friend, Barbara Mays. Visitation will be held at Roselawn Funeral Home on Monday, September 28, 2020 from 4 to 8pm. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at 11am with Pastor Larry Lilly officiating. Burial will take place at Roselawn Memorial Park.
