Paul Lawrence Vance, 64, of Highland Springs, passed away, Saturday, July 29, 2017. He is preceded in death by his father, Timothy Aaron Vance, mother, Rosalie Vance and son, Paul Lawrence Vance, Jr. Paul is survived by his wife, Peggy Damron Vance; daughters, Jessica Rose and Rebeckah Jane Vance; sons, Joseph Vance, Maurice Bailey, Brandon Macklin; and step-son, Joshua Martin; siblings, Edward Vance, Michelle Mitchell (John), Dawn Kidd, Darryl Vance, Dionne Gorum, Adrienne Vance, Bruce Vance (Judy), and Brian Vance (Loretta); along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
