Mabel Louise Tibbs Estes

Mabel Louise Tibbs Estes, 92, of Wake, formerly of Henrico, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, July 23, 2017. She was a member of Hardy Central Baptist Church and most recently attended Hermitage Baptist Church. Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Leon D. Estes; parents, George and Frances Tibbs; and great-granddaughter, Destiny. Left to cherish her memory are her four children, Barbara Aultman, Rodney Estes (Sherry), Curtis Estes and Wendy Houston (Butch); 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 25, at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 26, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Deltaville Rescue Squad or Hardy Central Baptist Church - Building Fund.
