IN THE CARE OF
Woodlawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens
Elena Cacal Sinues, 81, passed away on November 7, 2024. Born in Paniqui, Tarlac, Philippines, to the late Pablo and Marcela Millo Cacal, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 57 years, Vincent Cobangbang Sinues, and her brothers Jose, Lucio, and Roly Cacal.
We remember Elena as a cherished daughter, sister, wife, mother, and lola who lived a life of resilience, joy, and unwavering faith. Despite health battles, she remained steadfast, supported by her devoted husband. Together, they embraced life’s adventures with enduring love. Following his passing, she drew peace and strength from her faith and family. She left this world prepared and at peace, reunited with him in eternal rest. Her legacy of strength and grace will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
Elena is survived by her son, John Sinues (Antoinette); grandchildren, Amanda and Brandon Sinues; siblings, Teresa Jardinez (the late Florentino), Carmen Budnik (Michael), and Edy Cacal (Norma); and a host of other family and friends. She will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all whose lives she touched.
