Kenneth T. Epley, 69, of Newburgh, IN, passed away October 16, 2018. He was born in Newburgh, IN, on December 6, 1948, to the late Coy and Christina (Eble) Epley.
Kenneth retired from the US Postal Service in Newburgh, IN after 30 years. He served in the US Army and was a member of the American Legion Kapperman Post 44. Kenneth was a lifelong member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. He was a loving father and grandfather and enjoyed spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Joanne Epley, in 2011; and brother, Harold Epley.
Kenneth is survived by his son, Aaron Epley; daughter, Sarah DEan (Jason); grandchildren, Natalie Epley, Austin DEan; sisters, Mary Tucker (Jim), Phyllis Hodgson; and several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM on Friday, October 19, 2018, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 625 Frame Road, officiated by Rev. John Pfister and Rev. Joseph Ziliak, with military rites and burial in St. John Catholic Cemetery. Friends may visit from 3:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, October 18, 2018, at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, 5333 State Road 261, and on Friday October 19, 2018 9:00 AM until service time at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
