Richard Ronald Jones

RICHARD RONALD JONES, SR., Sr.,77, died Friday, October 27, 2017. The son of the late Richard H. and Virginia Gladys (Atwood) Jones, Ronnie was born January 18, 1940 in New Albany, Indiana. He was a master electrician, member of IBEW Local 369, and an avid IU fan and hunter. Ronnie is survived by his wife of 60 years, Marilyn (Kay) Jones; children, Rick Jones, Kevin Jones, Beth Ott (George), and Ginny Dean (Rick); brother, Keith Jones (Beverly); grandchildren, Tara Jones-Foust, Whitney and Gary Melvin, Heather and Joey Stocksdale, James and Jamie Ott, George Michael and Jenny Ott, Amy and Todd Farrar, Lindsay and Jesse Flint, David Jones and Christa Hart (fiancé), and Katelynn Jones; and great grandchildren, Dylan, Madison, Brooklyn, Kensley, Keeley, Penny, Aiden, Lila, Noah, Elijah, Andrew, Hadleigh, Isley, Luke, and Maddox. Visitation will be 2 pm ~ 8 pm Monday and after 9 am Tuesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany, Indiana.
