James A. Wade

JAMES A. WADE, 79, passed away Friday, January 20, 2017. The son of the late Boyce and Mary (Lawson) Wade, James was born November 15, 1937 in Scottsburg, Indiana. He retired from Rainbow Bakery in Louisville, Kentucky and was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Georgetown, Indiana. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers. Survivors include his wife, Adele (Zollman) Wade; daughters, Charrise O'Brien, Michelle Stevenson, Pam Wade, Tawnya Hornsby (Todd), and Tammy Nichols (Matt); siblings, Ann Ruddick, Charles Wade, and David Wade; and six grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Service will be 10:00 am on Monday, January 23, 2017 at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 5231 IN-62, Georgetown, Indiana with entombment following in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany.
