Anthony Eugene "Tony" Avery

Anthony Eugene “Tony” Avery, 49, of Greenville died Saturday October 16, 2010 in Roland, Oklahoma. He was born in Louisville, and was former resident of Orange County, Ind., prior to moving to Oklahoma. He was formerly a surveyor for the state of Oklahoma and, for the last 15 years, was employed with Duit Construction Company Inc. as a project superintendent. Survivors include his mother, Sarah A. Rose, of Greenville; sister, Cheryl Ross-Voyles, of Fredericksburg; brothers, Bill Noe, of Hardinsburg, and Russell Ross, of Lake City, Fla.; nephews, Josh Ross and Jesse Bogard; and niece, Danielle Voyles. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Kathleen S. Bennett, who died Oct. 13, 2010. Funeral services will be at noon Thursday, October 21, at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street , New Albany, with a graveside service at 2:00 pm Thursday at Hardinsburg Cemetery in Hardinsburg, Indiana. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 8:00 Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at the funeral home
