Rich Molnar

Richard “Rich” George Molnar, age 82 of Midlothian, Virginia passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2022. He was born to George and Helen Molnar on September 21, 1940 in Sayreville, New Jersey. He is survived by his wife Marie Molnar of 57 years, son Rich Molnar, daughter Nicole Rudd (Danny) of Midlothian, Virginia; Brother George Molnar and sister Rita Manganaro both of Sayreville, New Jersey. Granddaughters, Hannah Jo Molnar, Kayla Molnar, Abigail Molnar and Madeline Rudd of Midlothian, VA. Rich was born and raised in Sayreville, New Jersey. After High School he joined the US Navy and served on board the USS Severn AO-61 from 1958 to 1961, where he was a Gunners Mate. Rich was a security director for Sterns Department Store in Woodbridge, New Jersey then moved to Virginia in 1985 where he took a similar position with Miller & Rhodes. Rich was hired by Hoover & Strong in 1994 and retired in 2005. Rich was a Dallas Cowboy fan, enjoyed Saltwater fishing and working outside in the yard. A memorial service for Rich will be held Friday, December 16, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Woody Funeral Home - Huguenot Chapel, 1020 Huguenot Road, Midlothian, Virginia 23113.
