Jo-Ann Barbara Dark

Dark, Jo-Ann of Yaphank, NY and of Hobe Sound, FL born October 6, 1938, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2024 at the age of 86. Predeceased by her husband, Andrew, she was known for her selflessness and love for her family. Jo-Ann was a graduate of Andrew Jackson HS in Cambria Heights, NY and worked as a senior clerk typist for Brookhaven Town for many years. Jo-Ann is survived by her children, Andrew, Richard and Barbara and their spouses, Margot, Marybeth, and Robert, as well as seven grandchildren: Kathryn, Joshua, Christopher, Drew, Nicole, Natalie and Alyssa and one great grandson, Anthony. A Celebration of Life for Jo-Ann will take place on Saturday, December 7th, 2024 at 1pm at Aycock's Young and Prill Chapel at 6801 SE Federal Highway, Stuart, FL 34997.
