Melissa Pribble Leger, 55, of Lynchburg, passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at Lynchburg General Hospital.
Born on February 6, 1967 in Lynchburg, she was the daughter of the late Douglas M. Pribble, Sr. and Carol S. Pribble. She was preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Annette Pribble.
She loved spending time with her family, and they were her entire world. She enjoyed when everyone was together. She loved family beach trips with a house full of laughter and the sounds of the ocean. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 35 years, Glenn R. Leger; Her children; Ryan Leger and wife Meagan, Beth Leger and fiance Travis, Chris Leger and wife Samantha, Logan Leger, and Nick Leger; her grandchildren, Aiden Leger, Peyton Leger, and Nolan Leger; her brothers, Marty Pribble and wife Christy, James Pribble and wife April, and her numerous nieces, nephews, a great-nephew, great-nieces, and friends.
Lisa was a dedicated employee at Kroger for 30 years before retiring. Beloved by many coworkers and customers.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 13, 2022 from 3:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. at Whitten Timberlake Chapel.
