Irene Kathleen Noe

Irene Kathleen Noe, 72, of Lynchburg, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. Born on December 30, 1951 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Donald Lannon and Evelyn Lannon Schrieber. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Samuel R. Noe and her sister, Vickie Schreiber. Irene was very passionate and loving and her life revolved around her family. She loved her daughters, son-in-laws and grandchildren immensely. Everyone referred to her as “Nana” and she never met a stranger. She will be missed greatly by everyone that knew her. She is survived by her two daughters, Robin Grove and her husband Kerri, Samantha Hubbard and her husband Carlton; her grandchildren, Tyler Grove and his wife Alexis, Jake McGrove and his husband Chase and Zac Hubbard; and her brother Don Lannon and his wife Denise. A memorial service will be held and announced at a later date.
