A visitation for Elsie will be held Saturday, July 27, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Whitten Timberlake Chapel, 7404 Timberlake Rd, Lynchburg, Virginia 24502, followed by a memorial celebration of life at 1:00 PM.
