Annette Theresa Lipscomb, age 60, of Annandale, Virginia passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at Lynchburg General Hospital in Lynchburg Virginia. Born on December 6, 1963 in Fairfax County, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Daniel Edward Lipscomb and Jacqueline Anne Heath Lipscomb. No services have been scheduled at this time.
