James Eugene Lowe Jr.

James Eugene Lowe, Jr., 58, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away December 15, 2023. He was born on April 15, 1965 in Kokomo, Indiana the son of James, Sr. and Debra Lowe (Taylor). He married Ava Lowe (Walker) who survives. James loved spending time with his grandchildren and being on the lake fishing.
