Angelina E Drago

Angelina Eleanor Drago, 89, of Allen, Texas went to be with the Lord Sunday, May 12, 2019. She was born March 21, 1930 to the late Antonio and Girolama (Gucciardo) Marino. She married Anthony Drago June 5, 1948 who preceded her in death March 4, 1991. Angelina was part of the family businesses including Drago Farms and Drago Amusements, for many years. Angelina and her husband Anthony retired in 1988 and moved to Cape Coral, FL. In 1995 she moved to Allen, TX. where she became a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church. In her earlier years she enjoyed cooking; making the best Italian foods and baking with her mother for the holidays. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed attending any activities that included her grandchildren. Those who have passed before Angelina are her parents, husband Anthony, sister Rosemary Miceli, and brother Vincent Marino. Surviving her are daughters, JoAnn Drago, Mamie Thomas and husband Danny, Rosemary Rhew and husband Rick, and son Paul Drago, grandchildren Anthony Vincent Free, Angelina Marie Wiggins, Whitney Paulus, Taylor Rhew, and Haley Rhew, and great grandchildren Wyatt Wiggins, Lane Free, and Remmi Wiggins. A time of gathering for friends and family will take place at Ellers Mortuary Webster Chapel Sunday May 19, 2019 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday May 20, 2019 at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church at 11:00am with Father Arbuckle officiating. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery.
