Thomas E. Pappas Sr.

Thomas E. Pappas, Sr. 81, of Indianapolis passed away September 26, 2012. He was born the son of Anthony J. and Juanita Pappas on October 29, 1930 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated from Cathedral High School in 1948 and was a long time member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. He served in the United States Air Force from 1949 - 1953. He retired from Southeastern Supply Company in 1999. Tom is survived by his wife of 55 years, Helen, sons Tom Jr. (Nancy) and Tony along with four grandchildren ; Kristin (John), Ryan, Maria and AJ Junior; two great grandchildren; Ava and Sophia. Funeral Service will be Monday, October 1 at 12:30 pm at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1 pm at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 7243 East 10th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana. Friends may call Sunday, September 30 from 4 – 8 pm at the Mortuary. Tom will be laid to rest at Washington Park Cemetery.
