Mary Margaret Smith

Mary Margaret Smith, age 77, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2022. Mary was born May 15, 1944, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mary was loving, caring and enjoyed cooking. Mary loved children and had a heart of gold. She worked at Walmart for many years. She was always willing to lend a hand to help others in need. She was a loving wife, mother and "Nina Grandma Mary". Mary is survived by her loving husband; Patrick Smith, children; Patrick (Melissa) Smith and Cynthia (Bobby) Clouse, grandchildren; Renee, Brittani, Robert and Damon, great-grandchildren; Waylon, Christain, Ashlynn, Lilian and Logan, mother; Margaret Spanik, siblings; Patty Perry, Mike Spanik, Dennis (Edna) Spanik, Karen Spanik and Ellen Kopetsky. Mary is preceded in death by her father; Joseph Spanik and sister; Kathy Edwards. A Celebration of Mary's Life will be held at a later date.
