51, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 13, 2020. Dawn was born in Seattle, Washington on April 28, 1968 the daughter of Jerry and Joanne Dearbeck. She is a veteran of the U.S. Navy from 1989-1992. Dawn is survived by her son; Travis Hopper, father; Jerry Dearbeck and a brother; Jerry R. Dearbeck.
