William “Bill” Cassidy

Peacefully passed away at home on the 29th of July at the age of 79. Born in Ardrossan, Scotland on the 16th of November, 1943. Loving husband of 49 years to Janette. Proud father of Steven (Shauna) and Lesley. Adored Papa to Riley (Jen), Noah, Sadie and Bridget. Brother to Jean McCubbin, James (predeceased) Cassidy and Bobby Cassidy. Brother-in-law to Isobel (Dan) Black and Kenny (Carol) Bates. He will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and cousins in Canada and Scotland. Memorial Visitation at MARKEY DERMODY, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Saturday August 5 from 11am-1pm with the Memorial Service to follow at 1pm in the Funeral Home's Chapel.
