Liza May Martinez-Gutierrez

Liza May Martinez-Gutierrez, 42, of Greensburg passed away on September 17, 2024. She was born on December 26, 1981 in Rushville, Indiana the daughter of Rick Reed and Mary Crouch Miller. Liza married Gerardo Martinez-Gutierrez on June 6, 2006. Liza was a member of the Alpha and Omega Church in Indianapolis and Amazing Grace Church in Greensburg. She was a QMA at Ashford Place Nursing Home and Especially Kidz Health & Rehab. She worked in ministry with her husband. She was truly gifted at working with children with special needs. Liza loved her family and was a devoted Christian. Survivors include: husband, Gerardo Martinez-Gutierrez; mother, Mary (Terry) Miller; father, Rick (Pauline) Reed; grandmother, Mary Griffin; brothers, Travis (Nicola Patton) Reed, Jamie (Yei-we) Hume and Justin Miller; sister, Jessica (Chad) Frazier; nieces, Jesslin Frazier, Daisey (Brady) Powers and Haylee (Hunter) Welsh; and nephew, C J Frazier and several aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Robert Crouch, Lucille Kirkgan and Harold Lloyd (Naomi) Reed; and sister, Marina Kay Miller. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, September 23, 2024 at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home from 11:00 am until the time of the funeral at 1:00 pm. Pastor Jose Lopez and Gerardo Martinez-Gutierrez will be officiating. Burial will follow at the South Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the family.
