Kenneth Edward Nicholson

Kenneth “Kenny” Nicholson, 90, of Falmouth, Virginia passed away comfortably in his home on Friday, September 6, 2024. Kenny was born on April 6, 1934 in Falmouth, VA the son of the late Clyde and Mary (Shelton) Nicholson. He was the co-owner of Roy's Used Car Parts in Falmouth. He was preceded in death by his wife Ida Mae Nicholson. Kenny is survived by his daughter Jane Bourne and her husband Chet of Stafford, his grandson Seth Bourne and his wife Alison of White Oak, and his great-granddaughter Piper of White Oak. The family will receive friends at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Home, Fredericksburg on Thursday September 12, 2024 at 2:00pm followed by the service at 3:00pm with Rev. Amos Healy officiating. Interment will follow at the Kirtley Shelton Family Cemetery. Family will welcome friends, neighbors, and family to Kenny’s home following the graveside service. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to be made to the Alzheimer’s Association https://act.alz.org
