Walter L. Langston

Walter L. Langston, 87, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born in Roanoke to the late Otto and Margaret (Fields) Langston. He married Anne Eilene (Paschal) Langston and she preceded him in death on August 18, 2017. Walter was a custodian at IPFW for 16 years until his retirement. He is survived by his children, Kathleen (Nick) DiIanni, Michael (Connie) Langston, Greg (Lesa) Langston and Mark Langston; 11 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. Walter was preceded in death by his children, Philip Langston and Constance Moore. Funeral service at 11:00 am Friday, March 13, 2020 at Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services (2403 E. Wallen Road Fort Wayne, IN) with visitation one hour prior to the service. Visitation also from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm Thursday, March 12, 2020 in the funeral home. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services.
