Stanley W. Miller, 86, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, June 10, 2017 in Fort Wayne with his loving wife by his side. Born in Fort Wayne, Stanley was the founder of CMS Roofing. He was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Surviving are his wife of 64 years, Joanne Miller of Fort Wayne; daughter, Catherine (Frederick) Peterson of Fort Wayne; sons, Scott (Kevin Heck) Miller of Fort Myers, FL, Bradley (Angela) Miller of Fort Wayne, Phillip (Patricia) Miller of Fort Wayne; 9 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandson. Stanley was preceded in death by his parents, George and Stella Miller; and brothers, George Miller Jr. and K. James Miller. Service is 10:30 am, Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 917 W Jefferson Blvd with calling one hour prior. Calling at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Rd, on Friday, June 16, 2017 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00pm. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Emmanuel Lutheran Church.
