P. June Daniels

P. June Daniels, 93, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2022, at Lutheran Life Villages of Pine Valley, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born June 18, 1929, in Paulding County, Ohio, the daughter of the late James Ulysses and Addie Pearl Lee. June graduated from Churubusco High School in 1948. She married Edmund Royce Daniels on April 26, 1953, in Churubusco, Indiana, where they lived until moving to Fort Wayne. She was a bookkeeper for Food Marketing for 11 years, retiring in 1990. June enjoyed the outdoors and tending to her flowers. She lived a great life and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. June is survived by her son, Gary Daniels; daughter, Annette Daniels, both of Fort Wayne, IN; siblings, Maxine Burwell of Fort Wayne, IN, Virginia Miller of Columbia City, IN; 4 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. June was preceded in death by her husband, Edmund Royce Daniels in 2017; and siblings, Cletus Lee, Lennis Lee, Vivian Whetstone, and Annabelle Taulbee. A private graveside service to honor June's life and legacy will be held at Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Arrangements by D.O.
