KOSTAS RONGOS, 83, of Fort Wayne, died in peace on Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2015, at his home. Born Feb. 17, 1932, in Poly-keraso, Greece, he was a son of the late Dimitri and Thomai Rongos. He moved to the U.S.A. in 1966 with his wife Vasiliki (Milosis) and children for a better life for them. He was a loving husband and a super dad and grandfather. He is survived by his son, Paul (Renee) Rongos; daughter, Rula (Steve) Cox; grandchildren, Stephanie (David) Bagley, James Cox, Celine Rongos, Niko Rongos, Alaina Rongos, and Alexander Rongos; great-grandson, Davy Bagley; brother, George (Eleni) Rongos; and sister, Eleni Siamos. He was preceded in death by his sister, Afroditi Pliastos. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015, at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 110 E. Wallen Road. Calling is from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18, 2015, at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 6600 Covington Road, with a Trisagion service at 8 p.m. Burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
