HAZEL MAE JOHNSON She was born on December 29, 1936, in Richlands Virginia. Hazel passed away on September 13, 2023, is reunited with past Loved Ones and is celebrating with her Lord and Savior. She was preceded in death by her Brothers Eura, Perrie, Roy and Troy: and Sister Gracie. She was also preceded in death by a Husband (of 34 years) Easley Johnson. And also, a Husband (of 20 years), Lin Wethington. Surviving are: Brother: Harold Roberts Sons: Dale Johnson (Marcia), Kenneth Johnson (Julie), and Roy Johnson (Danielle) Grandchildren: Casey Johnson (Maika), Kirsten Booth (Tony), Hailey Johnson, Brianna Wiley (Robert), Lexi Johnson, and Gracelynn Johnson. Great Grandchildren: Parker Johnson, Preston Johnson, Lailah Wiley and Bexley Booth. Hazel LOVED Gospel Music (Especially Bluegrass) and spent many years touring and performing with the Johnson Family Singers. She was extremely active, and the folks at Saint Anne's would often say “Not sure where Hazel is – she’s probably walking around chatting with someone”. She also NEVER met a Hamburger (with Mayonnaise and Onions) that she didn’t like. We know that those Fiery Blue eyes have regained their Ornery Sparkle. Since in Heaven - Dementia (That Terrible Beast) doesn’t exist. The Family would like to express their appreciation to Saint Anne Home staff.
