Obituary of Emiliano G Aguirre
Emiliano G Aguirre Emiliano Aguirre, 78, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on March 2, 2021 with his wife and family by his side. Emiliano was born on August 8,1942 to Anastacio Aguirre Chavez and Maximina Aguirre Garcia in Santa Barbara, Chihuahua, Mexico. After serving in the Mexican Army, Emiliano continued his career as an auto mechanic for 48 years. In 1966, he met the love of his life, Amelia (Gallegos) and they wed in 1969. They immigrated to Chicago, Illinois shortly after they began their life together. The couple went on to have four sons, John, David, Ruben, and Sam. Emiliano was devoted to God, his family, and his church, the Church of God 7th Day, in Chicago and then Fort Wayne. After 29 years with General Motors, Emiliano retired in 2008. He spent his retirement traveling with his wife, reading his Bible, and watching his family grow, when he was promoted to his greatest role, Papa, to his seven grandchildren. Emiliano was preceded in death by his mother, Maximina Aguirre Garcia, his father, Anastacio Aguirre Chavez, and his baby brother Miguelito Aguirre. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Amelia Aguirre, and his four sons: Joseph John (Laura) Aguirre of New Haven, IN; David (Michelle) Aguirre of Swanton, OH; Ruben (Martha) Aguirre of Merida, Mexico; Samuel (Luisa) Aguirre of Fort Wayne, IN; and his seven grandchildren: Gabriel, Sofia, Christian, Annabelle, Joseph, Alexander, and Amelia. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 12, 2021 from 3pm-5pm followed by a private Celebration of Life at Klaehn, Fahl, & Melton Funeral Home 6424 Winchester Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46819. Masks and social distancing protocols will be observed as well as Allen County Department of Health rules. The family would like to express their gratitude to Visiting Nurse Services and Hospice Home of Fort Wayne for their loving care over the last days of Emiliano’s life. Emiliano nació el 8 de Agosto de 1942 a Anastacio Aguirre Chavez y Maximina Aguirre García en Santa Bárbara, Chihuahua, México. Después de servir en el Ejército Mexicano, Emiliano continuó su carrera como mecánico automotriz durante 48 años. En 1966, conoció al amor de su vida, Amelia (Gallegos) y se casaron en 1969. Emigraron a Chicago, Illinois poco después de comenzar su vida juntos. La pareja pasó a tener cuatro hijos: John, David, Ruben y Samuel. Emiliano se dedicó a Dios, su familia y su iglesia, la Iglesia de Dios 7o Dia, en Chicago y luego en Fort Wayne. Después de 29 años con General Motors, Emiliano se jubiló en 2008. Pasó su jubilación viajando con su esposa, leyendo su Biblia y viendo crecer a su familia cuando asumió a su papel más importante: Papá, a sus siete nietos. Emiliano fue precedido en la muerte por su madre, Maximina Aguirre García, su padre, Anastacio Aguirre Chávez, y su hermanito Miguelito Aguirre. El velorio se llevará a cabo el Viernes 12 de Marzo de 2021 de las 3 pm a 5 pm seguido de una celebración privada de la vida en Klaehn, Fahl, & Melton Funeral Home 6424 Winchester Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46819. Se observarán cubrebocas y protocolos de sana distancia y las reglas del departamento de salud del condado Allen.
