Derek N. Desjardins

Derek N Desjardins, age 28, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Tuesday June 9, 2020. Derek was born October 4, 1991. Derek was survived by his parents Susan (Donn) Dietz and Jack (Kay) Desjardins of Fort Wayne, Siblings, Sarah (Teo) Rodrigues, Renee Desjardins, Daniel Desjardins, Brandy (Benjamin) Klimek all of Fort Wayne ,Nieces and nephews, Morgan Cruz, Danielle Cruz, Olivia Rudisail, Diego Cruz, and Dominic Desjardins, Grandmothers, Clare Case and Eunice Desjardins, Services will be Monday June 15, 2020 at 11:00 am at Grace Gathering 3157 Minnich Rd New Haven with visitation 1 hour prior to service. Visitation also Sunday from 6-9 p.m at the Church. Burial will be in Lindenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers preferred memorials to the Fort Wayne Rescue Mission Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.HockemeyerMiller FH.com for the Desjardins family.
