Patricia Debord, 66, passed away, Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at VNA Charlier Hospice Center in Evansville, IN. She was born April 26, 1946 in Belleville, IL. She was preceded in death by her father, Norman Boehm. Patricia is survived by her husband, Charles Debord; daughters, Amy Summers (Jeff), Bloomington, IN, Jill Debord (Paul), Princeton, IN; sons, Todd Russell (Melissa), Eureka, MO, Brian Debord (Michelle) O’Fallon, MO; grandchildren, Rachael & Nicholas Summers, Bloomington, IN, Zach and Ava Debord, O’Fallon, MO; mother, Marie Stoeckel, Millstadt, IL; sister, Norma Theis (Fred), Kalaheo, Kauai; nephews, Scott & Ryan Theis, Kalaheo, Kauai.
