Nancy Jo Mills

Nancy Jo Mills, 77, of Evansville, IN passed away Sunday, August 22, 2021 at St Vincent Hospital. She was born on June 23, 1944. Nancy worked at Ridgeway Eye care for 32 years and Daughters of Charity for 14 years. She enjoyed gardening and sewing (she could sew anything), she ironed everything. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents Hardin and Juanita Biggerstaff; brother and sisters. She is survived by her children, James Andrew Mills, Jennifer Durchholz (Albert), Jeff Mills; grandchildren, Reed Greenwood (Libby), Hardin James Mills; great grandchildren, Lily May Greenwood, Rolland David Greenwood; siblings, Jean Schroeder, Sue Humpert, Betty Harmon; nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Alexander West Chapel with burial to follow in Alexander Memorial Park.
