Alexander Funeral Home-West Chapel
Jeffrey Scott Jessee, 47, of Richland, IN, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018 after a battle with kidney failure. He was born August 10, 1970 in Evansville to Gerald and the late Sarah Jane (Winters) Jessee.
Jeff dearly loved hunting and fishing with family. He began hunting at the age of three with his grandfather, bringing home his first rabbit. Jeff especially loved teaching young people to hunt and fish. He also loved dogs, animals and spending time in nature. He was always very comfortable in the outdoors. Through the years, he touched so many lives and mentored both children and young adults, passing along his passion for everything outdoors.
Jeff is survived by his wife of 17 years, Stephanie Jessee; sons, Alex and Ben; father, Gerald Jessee; sister, Tammy Wallace; nephews, Andy and Steven Wallace, and countless close friends that he considered family.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 5:00PM, Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Simpson United Methodist Church, 2201 W. Illinois Street, officiated by Pastor Dennis Adams, Pastor Jim Culver and Pastor Tim Coomer.
