Phyllis Ann Moran

Phyllis Ann Moran, 86, passed away peacefully at her home in Centreville, VA on Friday, March 15, 2019 surrounded by family. She was born December 8, 1932 in Culpeper, VA to James William and Rachel Frances Fincham Taylor.
Ann is survived by her husband of 50 years, Harry G. Moran; two daughters, Connie H. Gooch and her husband Carveth; and Ginger A. Hawkins and her husband, Garrison; two granddaughters, Hannah L. Hawkins and Madelyn A. Hawkins; and one brother, Victor Taylor.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, John C. “Blue” Taylor and James C. “Click” Taylor, and three sisters, Madeline T. “Maggie” Fogarty, Lorraine A. “Cotton” Kaufman and Faye T. Shaw.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 20, 2019 in the chapel of Clore-English Funeral Home, 11190 James Monroe Highway, Culpeper, VA 22701 with burial in Fairview Cemetery immediately following the service. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until service time.
