OBITUARY
Charlotte Martha Davis Brough
May 23, 1933 – October 22, 2012
Charlotte Martha Brough, 79, of Monroe County, IN passed away on Monday, October 22, 2012. She was born May 23, 1933 in Marion County, IN the daughter of the late Hancell and Bessie Davis.
Martha was a member of Hindustan Christian Church. She was a member of the Eastside Senior Citizens Club, President of the Hindustan Go-Getters Club, and she was treasurer of the Hindustan Cemetery. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Martha is survived by her two sons, Steven Brough and Cliffton Brough and his wife Amy; her daughter, Donna Schulz; a sister, Helen Readnour; three grandchildren, Wendy, Tracy, and Rebecca; six great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Brough, Jr.; a grandson, Timothy Brough; three brothers, Edward, Roy, and Marshall Davis; five sisters, Virginia Lamb, Barbara Steele, Minnie Turner, Mary Waterman, and Hazel Preston; son-in-law, Steven Schulz; and a great grandson.
Funeral services to celebrate her life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 26, 2012 at Deremiah-Frye Mortuary Greene & Harrell Chapel, officiated by the Reverend Dave Vaughn. Interment will follow at Hindustan Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 25, 2012 at Deremiah-Frye Mortuary Greene & Harrell Chapel.
