Rose Ann Messer

Rose Ann Messer, 49, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, November 28, 2017. She is survived by her parents, Arlie and Janice; her aunt, Barbara; her two sons, Matthew and Brandon; and her six grandchildren, Raychel, Graycie, Pheobe, Brendan, Matthew James, and Bradley. She was a tiny woman with a big heart who touched the lives of everyone who met her.
