Donna Davis Murphy

Donna Davis Murphy, 88, passed away on October 3, 2016. She was born on March 31, 1928 to the late William and Meada Davis. After attending Hollins College in Roanoke, VA, she married Paul J.B. Murphy, Jr, a career Army officer whom she accompanied to various domestic and foreign stations. In later years she served as Registrar at Bishop O'Connell High School in Arlington, VA. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 66 years, Paul J. B. Murphy, Jr.; 3 children, Paul J. B. Murphy III (Jessecia) of CA, Mary Meade Eastman of KS, and William D. Murphy (Linda) of VA; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 6, 2016, in the Ballroom at Windsor Meade.
