Lee Ann Hudson

Lee Ann Hudson, 85, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2021. She was born, April 7, 1936 in Newport News, Va., and was preceded in death by her devoted husband, John Hudson; parents, Mark and Jeanette DeBerry, 9 siblings, and beloved grandson Marc Vanderford. Survivors include her son, Bobby Karcher (Debbie) of Opelika, Alabama; daughter, Janet Vanderford of Chesapeake, Virginia; 4 grandchildren, Richard (Sarah) Vanderford, Denise (Joe) Goldman, Russell (Becca) Karcher, and Heather Vanderford; and 6 great grandchildren. She was a long time resident of Virginia Beach and member of several civic and charitable organizations. Visitation will be at 1 pm, Monday, August 2nd, Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, VA. A Celebration service will follow at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel.
