Kris Ellison Daniels

It is with great sorrow that we have lost our family's Patriarch to his hard-fought battle with Cancer. He is preceded in death by his father, Howard Daniels; mother, DiAnn Daniels; sister, Kelley Caynor; and nephew, Shane Caynor. He is survived by his son, Jakob Daniels and Michelle Daniels; granddaughters, Graci and Gwen Daniels; brother, Kirk Daniels and sister-in-law, Shannon Daniels; sister, Toots and brother-in-law, Lucky Trump. He is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews from Spotsylvania and Michigan #thepirate. We cannot say enough about Jim Scott, his brother and mentor. As for Kris and family "Let me tell you this about that". He began his career in Commercial Property Management where he later became the owner/operator of Atlantic Coast Commercial a General Contracting Company in Hampton Roads. He was respected and adored by all. His generosity and all-around light were very infectious. He never met a stranger. A man that put all others above himself. He cherished making lasting memories with his friends like only Kris could. He embodied all the old school ways of what he believed a man should be..."a man ought to do what he thinks is best" Proud American, John Wayne fanatic and wine connoisseur. While such a huge loss will not be easy for any of us...in the words of Kris...."It ain't easy being me".
