Juan Monserrate Sanchez

Juan Sanchez, 58, passed away on June 11, 2011. Mr. Sanchez was born in Puerto Rico. He retired from the Merchant Marines. Survivors include a sister, Aida Sanchez of Bronx, NY; three brothers, Idelfonso Sanchez of Providence, RI; Samuel and Wilfred Sanchez both of Puerto Rico; life partner, Panthea Munson and a step-daughter, Sonja Leary; two step-sons, Lynwood and Glenwood Munson all of Virginia Beach, VA; several nieces, nephews and grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 18, 2011 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home where a funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 19, 2011 at 1 pm.
