Virginia Beach – Joyce M. Owens, 70, passed away on December 8, 2010. She was born on October 10, 1940 to Andrew J. and Mildred Morrison in Boxboro, North Carolina. Left to cherish her memory are, her mother; Mildred Morrison; son, Daniel E. Owens Jr.; daughters, Dana G. Ward and Heidi Salazar; six grandchildren and three great grandchild. A visitation will be held on Friday, December 10, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Rd., Virginia Beach, VA 23462.
