Cecil Grady Milner

Cecil Grady Milner, a retired United States Army Sergeant Major and long time resident of Aquia Harbour in Stafford, Virginia, passed peacefully into the arms of our Heavenly Father on 20 December 2018, aged 77.   He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 54 years, Erika Sophie Milner, and is predeceased by their daughter, Destiny Milner. A celebration of his life will take place at 6 pm on Saturday, 29 December 2018 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford.
