With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our father, Lorenzito Espinosa Mendoza, lovingly known as Tony, on November 17, 2023, leaving a void that can never be filled. His sudden departure has left us with a deep sense of loss and sadness.
Born on August 25, 1943, Lorenzito was a remarkable individual who led a fulfilling life. He resided in Springfield, Virginia. He was the beloved son of Ruben and Julia Mendoza. Lorenzito Mendoza received his education at Mapua Institute Technology in the Philippines. He pursued a successful career as a Geodetic engineer, where his talent, dedication, and innovative spirit led to numerous accomplishments. For the last 10 years, he was an employee at Fairfax County Public School and Transportation in Virginia, United States where he received numerous award as an outstanding and dedicated employee.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lourdes Mendoza; children - Kristine, Troy, Dexter, Hector, Marc and Carlo Mendoza; daughter-in-laws; son-in-law; grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; relatives and friends.
He lived a life with passion, purpose and unwavering determination. He embraced every challenge with grace and face adversity with strength. Throughout his journey, he touched the lives of countless people with his kindness, wisdom and laughter.
