L. Joe Holt

HOLT, L. Joe, 64, of Richmond, an independent insurance broker, passed away March 28, 2013. Born in Valley Head, Ala., he was the son of the late Alvin and Edna Marie Holt. He is survived by his son, Michael Jason Holt of Matoaka; daughter, Allyson Marie Holt of Richmond; one brother, Patrick Holt and his wife, Tina, of Mountain Home, Idaho; and also other family and friends. Joe was a Corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps, an avid tennis player and member of the Westwood Racquet Club. Joe will be missed by all of those whose lives he touched. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd. Interment will be private. Online condolences may be made at woodyfuneralhomeparham.com.
