Kenneth R. Mitchell

Kenneth R. Mitchell, 71, of Hot Springs Village, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, March 2, 2011. He was born September 18, 1939, in Mexico, MO. He was a member of Balboa Baptist Church in Hot Springs Village, AR. He enjoyed travel, playing golf, and radio controlled aircraft. He was a pilot for 39 years, working for Ozark Airlines and TWA. Kenneth is survived by his wife of 50 years, Patricia Evans Mitchell of Hot Springs Village, AR; daughter, Julie (Dr. Henry) Kaplan of Newburgh; son, Scott (Anna) Mitchell of St. Charles, MO; son, Mark (Trish) Mitchell of Washington, MO; grandsons, Clayton Bruckerhoff, Taylor Bruckerhoff, Charles Kaplan, and Eric Mitchell; granddaughters, Danielle Miller and Kenna Mitchell; sister, Mary Anna Kiepe; 2 great grandchildren; and 16 nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held in Hot Springs Village, AR, 10:00 am, Wednesday, March 9, at Balboa Baptist Church.
