Doris Bedillion

Doris Bedillion, 94, of Indianapolis, passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. She was born December 3, 1929 in Monroeville, PA to the late Elwood and Mildred Meanor. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Bedillion in 1990; sister, Patricia Meixner and brother, Richard Meanor. Doris is survived by her sons, Daniel Bedillion (Sharon) and Douglas Bedillion (Rhonda) and grandchildren, Bryce and Sydney Bedillion and sister Martha Joan (Meanor) Green. She was an avid quilter and loved to give them away as presents. Her first job, in life, was raising her two sons. After raising her sons, she spent 32 years working for the Lampion Center as an administrative assistant. Due to COVID, she retired at 90 years old. Visitation will be 3:00 to 7:00 p.m., Monday, September 23, 2024 at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, 5333 State Road 261. A Graveside Service will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at Rose Hill Cemetery, 5133 State Road 261.
